After introducing the concept give the students some time to think about the topic and encourage them to ask the doubts in their mind whatever be it may be blunders but still encourage them to ask without laughing at them

From your first meeting with your students you should be quite clear in letting them know the classroom "etiquette" that you expect from them, when is a good time to speak and when is a good time to listen etc. Giving them explicit guidelines in this way will give them the confidence to speak without the confusion of not knowing whether they are right or wrong to do so.

Creating engagement with students to make them comfort with us firstly, It helps to build their confidence and brave to speak up. Giving some clues and visual tools (which are related to the materials) can stimulate the students' curiosity. Questions will come up when the students have curiosity.
teacher should ask many easy questions from students and teacher should not give answer unless all students have failed to answer meanwhile, teacher should keep on appriciating answers by students no matter right or wrong.
