The event must be specific such as a Board Of Directors´ meeting the assistant must handle two or more languages, be competent with a portable computer, cellphone and internet conexions. Have the necessary paperwoek and stationary organised and at hand. If includes lunch be able to adjust the dishes to everyones taste.
