I feel well and not become the saturation point in the life in the learning stage.Every day we learn something new in the life.Progressing always available in the career.
Seek the lacking or missing opprtunities, take a fresh breath on them, have a cool mind and start working on them as well as existing challanges, we'll see the results shortly.
I believe in that instead of saturation point you should have used the word of "plateu" that means your development and growing is slowed down and you start to feel that improvement opportunities are exhausted for you.
And it is time to start a new challenge.
Career never needs short periods, It requires whole of one's life. Enjoying process of every single moment of it is needed through learning and developing of self-capabilies and there will be many chances afterwards.
However when someone feels meeting "feeling" of saturation point, it is possitive alert that s/he needs evaluation towards him/her self. Evaluation is the first step which can be done, refreshing personal objectives of career, arranging strategies/ steps to reach the expected development. And finally is Actions.
If I suppose there is situration point in our career then I have to retair to be a consultant or write books about what I done in my life.
There is no saturation in de definition of a career.
Sometime you may feel that you're not developing and not climbing up, but that doesn't mean that you're saturated.
