Good communication is very important in every organization or business. There will misunderstanding, conflicts and disagreement if there's no communication. How will you know if there's a communication? Well, you will that there's a good communication if the sender or the coder will send a clear message and the receiver or the coder understands the message of the sender.
The guest reservation will not be well managed. as such leads to total delay of service to the guest.

there are three type of communication first is listening second is talking and third writing . well mis understanding is one of the criteria for lack of communication with regards to the booking or reservation of the guest which imply bad performance see to it that you are well prefared for the communication with guest always polite when talking to the guest ask specific question for example arrival and departure details and also credit card information because this are the most importand matter with regard to reservation of room.

if there are no communication with all department not reservation only will adversely affect for guest service , so will leave bad impression for the guest. the hotels is consider a sevice sector to offer it for the customer . in my question here i mean to ask what is difference between hotels have policyand hotels have no policy.
