Actually till today I am not clear about the modus of 'bayt' about providing job to such Job-Seekers.

Dear Madam, In the market, so many agent are selling their CV-writing aptitude, the people as I am in very confusion whether the right Employers are searching the 'style' of CV-writing or the they study the candidate's right fitness or qualification and experiences for right jobs!

Anyhow, I have no-time for other's business, only I deserve direct contact with right employer for my expected job (Teaching or Research related jobs in Biology/Molecular Microbiology) that will reflect in my CV.
