What is the role of an mechanical engineer in a manufacturing or production company?

The role of the engineer mechanics will be the link between the circle of productivity, such as the production manager and head of the Department of the plan in terms of incentives and rewards this first "and the second" be understanding and knowledge of the possibilities of machines and workers in order to achieve the production plan in addition to the knowledge of the machines and their problems and try to find a solution to any problem may appear with workers during work shifts may lead to an imbalance in the production process.

example : machine not working it,s production1500$ / h so need repair urgent from mechanical engineer

I'm an electrical engineer and working in construction but as i know about manufacturing field mechanical engineer main role may be a mentainance engineer or production engineer the first role is to keep the shifts works by makung sure all the process parts and machines in good condition and clear any milfunction ,the second rule is to insure all the parts if the process working with maximum effeciency including human factor to make sure a high quality of the product

Supervision,  Observing and follow up the production, analysis data, following up any trouble shooting into machines and studying the quality of the products.

 

Manufacturing or production company is not just a mechanical engineer but can any engineer mastered the art of structuring and administration that does this job, but in the talent show specialization within this restructuring will be headed by Section mechanical engineer, mechanics and electricity department will be headed by engineer electricity and so on
