What are the advantages and disadvantages of Sage?

The main advantage of specialized software like Sage is about time and accurate information beside of course it is easy use since most of the work will be about data entry to the program .

 

Disadvantage is that licensed support comes at an annual cost.

In my opinion sage has all the advantages and disadvantages that go with any computerised accounting package.I haven't faced any issues in using sage so far.The best bit is its quite user friendly and all the modules are pretty much straight forward.
On top of that there are loads of standard reports that you can print.For example, you dont need to write a letter to chase you customers just select the relevant customers and then from reports select the relevant letter which you want to send.it inserts a mini statement inside the letter as well.
