WELL IT DEPENDS ON THE NEED AND COURCE STRUCTURE,,,,,, BUT ANY WAY AGREED WITH ALL HERE ONE MUST UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE  OF TEACHERS TRAINING,,, AT LEAST ONCE A WHILE IN A YEAR TO UPDATE THEM WITH FAST CHANGING TEACHING METHODS..........

Although the components included in teacher's training vary due to the nature of group being trained but one thing remains common because of its prime importance. 

It is to develop the behaviour at a level of true teacher.
