PR is a very important tool for the company to interact with the public or consumers and there should not be deceiving element.
To maintain the balance of advocacy and objectivity the simplest way is to keep the companies values and vision down to earth so that there may be no chance for occurance of any confusion and conflexion both while explaning to the market and to maintain the ultimate integity of principals and commitment to quality with social corporate responsiblities.
While maintaining the highest level of integrity with the customer,yet you have to be lenient in your approach and ensure that quality is maintained and Mission,Vision and Values of your organisation is taken care of.
