Most of the Countries in the Middle East are Small there is very less domestic Travel Between their Airports Except for countries like Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Turkey. If you ask about Domestic Market it is Egypt (Ignore the Current Situation) and Turkey, if it is International then in it is UAE. UAE is the best due to Aviation Infrastructure and the Multinational Workforce employed in the Airlines and Travel Agencies.
