What is the difference between high performance and low performance managers? ما هو الفرق بين المدراء ذو الأداء العالي والمدراء ذو الأداء المنخفض؟
Difference is the end results are certainly above the expectations, and the team is enthusiastic and motivated in case of high performing manager, whereas it is otherway round for low performing manager.

Both will be consider Managers in the company but chances to remain for long time with more benefits in the company will decrease for low performance managers. The high performance managers’ production will raise his value in the eyes of higher management and more rewards will be fixed on his chest. It doesn't mean low performance manager don't know the work many be his team is not skillful or the task is very hard to complete or the situation where he is working not favoring him so sometime circumstances affects the overall result. But continuously failure or low results can bring bad answer and one day he has to look around for another company.
Both managers are available in every organization. Both have teams, members, professionals but the way they manage and utilize their teams for production till the final results on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis, clearly differentiate their power of knowledge and experiences.
Differnce Is performance!
A winner always have a mind set to do it.
A looser always has a reason to not to do it.
but some times people works very hard to meet their goals on floor and off floor but they couldn't done it. (They are appericeable as well)

In the most simplest of form, both managers do deliver the Project.
High Performance manager Delivers the Project, with bare minimal effort & schedule variance and with the expected quality. Additionally, a high performance manager manages multiple projects in the same manner, parallely.
Low performance manager can't deliver even a single project as stated above.
