Any Customer Who ,

1) Makes Repeat Purchases

 2) does'nt buy from anyone else

 3) Not Sensitive to Price 4) Will buy from you even at the times of inconvenience

 5)Will recomend you to others

If you can identify these behaviour, then they are indeed loyal customers.
