What is the IDEAL office space for your job function: "open office", "individual office" or "shared office"?

Individual Office: (Ease of work/privacy of conversations/business connections/visits/restrict unwanted obligations.......... 

LION DOES NOT SHARE ITS PLACE WITH ANY ONE,,,,,, NOT EVEN WITH HIS SPRINGS WHEN THEY ARE GROWN UP.....................  ======   INDIVIDUAL OFFICE,,,, SIR 

I'll go with open office, It's fun, and leads to more productivity. I hate to be locked in thick office walls. 

Always my preference is Individual office.it can maintain privacy or unwanted things because many people interrupt you or it can affect your work...highly recommend Idividual office

Individual Office is an IDEAL office space for my job type.

individual office- it has more benefit than others in the my point of view

no disturbance, privacy, easy to work, freedom 

Individual office will help me to concentrate more and focus on my job,I can meet with whom I want and make discussion and conversation freely and when needed I can invite group of people to the converence room.

Depending on position and function, individual office usually provides advantages for

• Privacy for work, conversations, connections
• Personal contact 
• Less interferences/ interruptions from others' calls, chitchats, personal  discussions, rumours etc. 

Hence for certain positions and functions it enables you to be more efficient and effective.

As teacher, I'd rather to choose shared office. It makes me easy to have discussion about students, teaching and learning, classroom activities with other teachers since teachers can't stand individually. There are needed liaising daily to exchange informations of students in full contexts (not only in my class, but also in other class) for supervising and controling the students' performance.
