What is customer compliance?

Any compliance based on Customer's Code of Conduct (usually formulated inline of international standards as well as customer requirements) is called customer compliance.
For example Brands & stores such as Next, Debenhams, Okadi, Wal-mart ,Sainsburry, Tesco & many others have formulated their own code of conduct which suppliers & business partners have to comply with.

Basically compliance means to act according to the standard requirements, to implement with reference to the standard, Customer Compliance means to implement the customers standard in a factory or unit, that may be a social compliance standard or quality standard, So, customers standard consists of the code of the conduct where mentioned all the requirements or measures subjected to be mentioned for the customer's side, is called customer compliance

Customer compliance refers to customers complying with official requirements in regards to products or services. For example, clients are supposed to maintain certain standards when they visit certain private clubs.
