How you can improve your position and increase the salary ?

It is not remote control procedure that clicks the button and change position. It's a complete procedure which is experience and time based. Like :

1: Your current job position is describing your ability position in the company so you have to start from here first step.

2: Your previous experience and knowledge about your work can make your current position more strong and competent.

3: The tasks and assignments completions according to your best of knowledge can raise your value in front of your boss.

4: Your communication, dealing, presentation and motivation will bring a huge difference between your colleagues.

5: How much you are valuable for the company can raise your price.

6: Salaries ranges are related to your job position in the company.

7: The more experience and competent you are the more chances of getting best position and high salary you deserve.

8: Your character also works like how much you are sincere, hard worker, religious, caring and respectful.

9: The more you create problems at your work site with worker the more you go down in your value.

10: If you don’t know about your work then forget salary or position increment.

11: Do it whatever you got, don’t hesitate or make excuses this shows you are not interested and this will increase minuses in your performance chart.

12: Never afraid and believe on God, pray with heart , respect every one and obey the orders, do it with hard work and leave the result on God you will succeed.

13: Don’t cry or shout if you fail, think what are the factors of failure, revise the items, look for alternate solutions and raise your head and heart . Confidence can bring more thumbs up.

14: Don’t hate your boss even he is very bad, produce a house of love in his/her heart. Then start living in that house with peace of mind.

15: Don’t present every time salary increment application. First show your performance  then just ask your boss by  looking in his eyes you will get increment Inshullah.

16: Don’t disgrace yourself by cheating or shortcut methods.

17: Higher positions are good but you have to remember more challenges , more tasks  and more responsibilities, so first make yourself able for that then enjoy the taste but you have to raise your valve each day not to  start sleeping if you get a high position with high salary . Do more and get more.

18: Never forget your team members, in which each member has an idea about you so keep good relationship this will work behind the screen if your manager asks them about your work ability.

19: Take care of Time, leave your office or site late after duty time this shows your interest in work and always come early before start of work this will show your punctuality.

20: Increase your attendance and show better monthly record of attendance this will add some more value.

21: Good dress, nice look, smiling on face, welcome eyes, handshakes with love and praising of Boss, colleagues, team members can make you different from others.

22: Show interest in work, contributes your knowledge and experience for company project success and you will see that people are noticing you they will support you and will make favor in hard time.

23: Don’t think people are stupid and you are genius. Do your best to get more knowledge through books, internet, discussing with experience professionals. Don’t mind if you don’t know ask and search this will cover your empty mind space.

24: People remember those who do his work with sincerity and honesty, and he give respect to everyone , strict about his work and after duty time he behave like a friend.

25: Good luck is also required. Protect yourself from sins. Sins will stop your progress even you are very hard worker. Get Dua from your parents. When parents ask God for your success then you will get some unbelievable help and pray your prayers.

If you are doing all of the above but still you not getting increment or high position then don’t afraid whatever good is written for you from God you will get that and continue your efforts only with Halal ( Fair) salary .
