Sellin over the phone isn't an easy job , because many customers still don't "trust" that. Therefore, dealing with a customer over the phone should use some techniques, such:

1. Introducing yourself/the company you work for

2. Explain about the product or service you are selling

3. Speak slowly and professionally

4. Don't enforce the customer to provide any personal information

5. Provide company details and don't argue with customer
