Can you turn the clock backward ?

Some youngsters complain that they can not get a job without experience. But there is still hope for everyone, time will pass, they will grow, gain more experience and land into their dream jobs. Quite the contrary in present scenario I see a very different picture. Most of the multinationals prefer to employee youngster even teen agers to run various departments of their organizations. Growing age, increasing experience is now becoming a disqualification. In my opinion a40+ years manager knows what were his emotions and priorities when he was around18 and can understand problems of a teen ager. Does a18 years manager know about emotions and problems of a man who is40+. Any way my question here is if growing age is becoming a disqualification, will you be able to turn the clock backward ?

The biggest advantage of the young is they work for next to nothing.  Remember, when it comes to technology - it wasn't the youth of today that developed any of it - we did!  So far they've just been end-users of technology, customers.

Time and tide wait for no men!! --there is an old say......

Generation gap has widened, especially  during the last15-20 years--youngsters are technologically far advanced-even we can see this in our own Children. Main reason is development in the IT Sector, the adaptability of the Old generation to the changed circumstance is at a low pace.

BUT even now--What you and myself are doing--we are turning the clock back-wise.  Experience and long standing that is still with Old generation who put a base for the current level developments--One cannot ignore this...

We can turn the clock.
