Too many qsts at once. I will answer only the1st - my Motivation is good job and good teaching, tjhus helping my students to achieve better scope of knowledge

let's see questions1,2 and3, let me to start with Q3

  Motivation can  be  divided  into  two  types  first : innate motive such as: motivation of  fear, happiness,sadness , sex,thirst , motherhood...etc.The second  type  of  those Motivation  that  we  learn from  each other in our lives in order  to fine tune and refine the first  type  of Motivation  mentioned  above  and  certainly  the best  way  to achieve  this  lofty  goal is certainly only islam , through its   teachings and  wonderful  rules we can make truth happnies, we can change from sadness  to  joy , from  multiple sexual  relationships to a good marriage  relationship.

About me,  would like achieved many good things as long as I still live, the most important  of  them is  more  like  a big  dream in my life,I hope from  God  to  help me  to  achieve  it inshaAllah  , which  is  also  my  basic  idea .

And in literature- Motivation is a combination of internal and external influences exerted on our thoughts, emotions, and bodies that prompt us to take action and move toward what we believe.

Question1: At this moment, I am trying hard to streamline the teaching strategies in my school. My goal is to accelerate the rate of teaching and learning by implementing the best practices. I would be happier if I could help teachers develop the style how to blend of incorporate good etiquettes in teaching helping students getting rid of many malpractices and harmful cultural trends across the world.

Question2: I could not really understand the second question.........idea about what??

Question3: Motivation is a sort of enirgizer of inspiration or psychological booster or encouragement. It is very essential in everybody's life. I believe in2 types of motivation- pulling and pushing. 

for very young people and for achieving voluntary and in artistic services services from people, we should better apply pulling motivation and in the offices where the work can be measure by quantity or number, pushing motivation would work better.

pulling motivation is a soft treatment with love, compassion, help, oiling, flattering, etc and pushing motivation is harsh and lawful actions. the countries and offices who believes in pulling motivation have ruined their culture and economy.

question4: Literature teaches and delights together. every motivation is a burdrock root. Literature can't be applied in life. It should be suitable for a particular atmosphere and setting.

I want to achieve what I hoped for from a happy life and the satisfaction of myself and my peace of mind, my idea was to move forward and address the obstacles in all the will, so life goes on, the motive is the will, literature and ethics defeat anyone who tries to abuse, the idea touted its application and motivation is the key to it, the human reader Whatever he is a simple man, a high value for an ambitious man, he loves science (the poet said science builds houses do not have Imad and ignorance destroys the house of the splendor and generosity)

Motivation-good emotions,  idea-what we believe.

1- what I want to achieve is limitless.. a small achievement is the first step towards the achievement that follows. If you restrict it to a single achievement and you get there..well that's where you stop improving and moving forward.2- an idea comes from the simplest of things, it can come from an unexpected daily encounter or a simple little observation you had at any time. To get ideas, just keep your eyes open and your mind aware3-motivation is a very personal thing that differs from a person to the other. And it's whatever makes you develop this idea you just had to create something new and it is not restricted to one thing or the other, even a single person can find different motivations for himself at different instances4-i didn't fully understand the question5-well any piece of art starts with a simple small idea that gets developed and evolved through motivation to end up being the piece of art we witness in the end6- what is brilliant about art (literary or visual) is that it is fully subjective. There are no rules in art and you can write or paint or sculpt anything you want. Any values to help you choose? It's up to your preferences and your liking. I'd say try different kinds, for in whatever piece of art or literature you'll end up finding an idea or even a piece of an idea or get any sort of motivation to create your own art. Widen your circle and perspective, try new things observe it all and you might just discover some new potentials you had no clue you've had before.
