"Give me three reasons why we should NOT hire you. Then, give me three reasons why we should hire"?

The crisis, recession, overproduction universities - the job market is becoming increasingly difficult. Contrary to the difficulties we are not completely powerless against the current situation. It is solidly prepare for a meeting with a recruiter and weliminować errors that may compromise the chances of our work. The report, "The Wall Street Journal," shows that the most common reasons why we can not find a job, to be our approach to the principles of the labor market and recruitment. - Lack of economic prosperity is undoubtedly one of the main, though not the only reason, which may adversely affect the job search process. Unfavorable and difficult market primarily extends the time in which we are able to take our jobs interesting - says Magdalena Pietrzak, division manager Search & Selection at HR consultancy People. - However, each of us has a smaller or greater impact on whether it is he will eventually be hired - he adds. Errors in CV   As shown in the above report, the factors that prevent us from finding a job can be a lot. - Already improper preparation of a candidate for the job search process reduces its effectiveness and opportunities for employment, for example. Lack of well-prepared resume and information on your resume, which do not reflect the actual competence of the candidate's lack of market wage level applicable to data positions to which we apply and, consequently, unrealistic financial expectations of the candidate; response to the announcement at a time when we do not have the required experience or competence lack of motivation   As a reason not to hire a candidate for a specific position recruiters often cite lack of motivation. Are they able to be evaluated within a short talk? Well, yes. - Those responsible for recruitment are able to recognize whether a candidate is interested in taking any classes or want to work and thrive in the long term in a given discipline or on the job. Employers decide to hire people who add value to the company, will be involved in the performance of their duties, because it will be of interest very nature of work. If we like your work and it gives us satisfaction, it is working effectively, motivating it to work colleagues Short periods of employment and breaks in your resume   Short periods of employment with previous employers or frequent interruptions in the curriculum vitae can also hinder us to find a job. - Lack of continuity of employment and short work placements such unwarranted. Project work, maternity leave or contract for replacement, may affect the evaluation of our bid. Especially if the employer depends on a constant employment specialist. The processes of recruitment, training and implementation of employee involve him always a cost, so if the CV are short periods of employment, from the point of view of the employer, there is a risk that for some reason a candidate shortly after the commencement of employment can go away and not worth it invest in it During an interview we have a chance to present his candidacy for the position of the best. What's more, the first impression counts - recruiters evaluate candidates in the first seconds of the game. - Punctuality, lack of hygiene and personal culture, for example. Using inappropriate language during a conversation, the negative judgment on the collaborators of the current or previous jobs, wrong, niebiznesowy dress, giving unspecific and vague answers, the lack of a positive attitude are factors that weaken chances of getting a job - Every lie during the meeting recruitment, including those relating to foreign language and false references, adversely affect the evaluation of the candidate. Often employers verify the competence of potential employees invited for a job interview (substantive tests, language, personality) and ask for the contact to his superiors candidate from previous jobs who can provide references. In such situations, they are able to see if what the candidate declared the meeting coincides with reality

I will give you the three reasons "why to hire me", after which I'd be happy to hear yours as to "why not hire me".

Why hire me?

  1. At the age of twenty-five, I started a company myself from the scratch & for five prosperous years, beating the impending global financial crisis in the wake of2008 by achieving >100% yearly sales-growth three years on a row, providing actual jobs for500+ top-class freelance profs worldwide, while boasting a stand-by5000-member freelance network in60+ countries &60+ languages, delivering high quality-sensitive services to big global brand clients like PWC, Hilton Worldwide & WWF, using the most cutting-edge technology in terms of software deployment for business management.
  2. I'm a "specialized generalist", who is a quick learner, adaptive, cosmopolitan, multilingual, multi-cultural, creative, analytical, communicative, perseverant, resourceful, multidisciplined, multitasking & highly technology-savvy. And with a sound dose of humor & sociability, I always have an antidote for stress.
  3. I always roll-up my sleeves to assume the front position, I lead by example & through motivation, I follow stringent rules of ethics and morality in all aspects of my professional conduct and I always see both, the ball and the goal, when I play attacking midfielder in football!

And because I love feedback & value self-reflection at any given chance, I wouldn't let this wonderful chance go by without hearing "why you wouldn’t hire me?". I would learn much from it.
