The work environment demands from every manager to wake up his skills, strength, experience and motivation but not knowing his strength means either he is just new in this field, or he is coward to perform and manage tasks. The way he thinks of his weakness he will lose his job very quickly even if he has the strength but never test that strength. The utilization of mind, heart and body with the arms of education and experience will give defeat to every tough project problems. But the way of personnel thoughts “ I cannot do this , I don’t know, or I will become fail “ means he already lose the fight and he should take rest in his house because no one will come forward to help a professional in his related field.
Now we all know that we have weaknesses but this doesn’t mean we make a label of those weaknesses on our forehead. To be strong and powerful, managers always minimize the weaknesses and maximize the strength. Never say you know everything but think, plan, solve and remove the weakness with time as soon as possible otherwise those weaknesses will dissolve you in the field of management.
If manager don't know about his strenghts and weaknesses, he/she will fail.

Authority will miss that manager. If you known your strength then you have good name in Oraganization or in Market, if you are not known your weekness then you are the looser and in future you will loose.
