Give him the creative tools and environment and laissez faire
Employees are forces which push the project towards success under the leadership. Now journey towards this success is not similar for all the organizations. The way management deals with the staff is different in every place so the conventional methods are everywhere to follow but for the unconventional methods the management has to step up and play a role. To produce this environment, management must do the following:
>> Allow the team members to submit their ideas to deal specific jobs. Study , approval and selection will bring a real change.
>> Computer software’s for different tasks should be studied and allowed for the seminars or training.
>> Duty times should be flexible and two shifts at morning and evening must be arrange for different groups to produce positive results.
>> Changing in groups by additions new members to monitor some tasks specially will bring a fresh change.
>> Encouragement for the employee efforts.
>> Training is allowed for every member and trainers must be updated with latest technologies.
>> Up gradation of all office, site utilities are required. Team leaders must find suitable staff members for operation purposes.
>> Check and balance system will monitor staff activates and this will put extra strength to work progress of members.
>> Salary increment offers for those members who produce more progress within specific periods, also bonuses at the end of task.
>> Give responsibility for some period for that member which is actually not doing the same regular task like if we make one person foreman in the group to see how he control the works so we will come to know that in future we can get best foremen, supervisors and group leaders.
>> Trust is important and gives them respect with control power to go according the schedule.
>> Distribute the work in different groups and members and ask them to finish within the given time.
>> Pro forma creativity should be produced to see how we can change our conventional pro forma.
>> Meetings on specific durations should be arranged, where every member of each groups should be allowed to present his presentation for specific tasks.
>> Site visits, different projects visits, attend seminars and meeting with head of the department will increase employee confidence.
>> Share the previous problems reasons and solutions and motivate them to be more careful during completion of tasks.
>> Prizes, certificates and ceremonies should be arranged in the organization where each employee will see the rewards for some employee’s efforts so others will get positive lesson.
As a team leader show confidence in team members and delegate the responsibilities. It will motivate them to prove themselves infront of the leader. Also make sure that the employee's efforts are recognised through awards or incentives.
Make the working environment where people can voice out their opinions and ideas openly, motivate them to think out of the box, encourage creativity, innovations...
Allow space for them to freely participate and for their ideas. If one of their idea is valuable then accept it with all humiliation and as a source of encouragement.

Organise regular meetings where people are free to input and make absolutely sure nobody is derided.
Praise all ideas and double praise great ones.
Reward people for the ones you choose to implement and make sure they are recognised for their contribution.
