What are the needed criteria's for project bid estimation to win at least 75% of the projects?

Dear All 

My opinion that you must look at the main constraints that the project need(Scope ,Cost ,and Time) 

its all about managing your key stakeholder(Client and/or Sponsor)

to get it more clear :

1-Have a deep understanding to the project requirements 

2- Focus on What you can do in your methodologies

3- Try to minimize your Profit margin 

4- Time is of essence 

5- Cv's and Organization chart are generally important

as a contractor introduce LEAN,

I think first criteria shall be to understand the client. and make unique bidding stragery for  each and every client or atleast by clients industry.
