Success without values is something like a River with trouble waters.

Values are innate you have it long befoe you become successful, however, it depends what is meant by success.  People differ in their perception of success some might find having a lot of money is success. whilst others may find having a wholsome balanced life with a loving family as being succesful.  Values are driven from a young age and it is iinculcated by ones belief system as well as religion or lack of religion.   

Without values, what would success be?  Maybe you won't be "successful" if you have values, but who wants that kind of success?  Values first, then create your own definition of success.  Don't let others define you, your values, your value, or your success.

If you become indispensible, you'll be valued.  In order to do that you have to know your stuff, inside and out.  It's always impressive to meet someone who can remember where something is in a contract, because they've read it, with interest, and have indepth knowledge.  The rest of us, too often, are not adding value, we're learning, not teaching.

VALUES ALWAYS RANKED FIRST. SUCCESS CAN BE ACHIEVED BY ANYONE WHO WORKS HARDER..BUT VALUE IS THE THING THAT MAKES HIS SUCCESS FOR LONGER PERIOD.

It is very important to add value to your self( by doing those things that can enhance your human dignity ie,knowledge, moral behaviour, good social status etc) and success will come looking for you.Success and Value are like twins,you can't have both of them by first getting hold of success,but if you do well to lay hand on value then success will follow willingly or unwillingly.
