What is the main criteria on hiring administrative assistant or document controller in an oil and gas company in UAE?

i am working here in UAE for more than1 year and i am seeking for an administrative support job in an oil and gas company or any well established company in JAFZA or in any part of UAE in which i can put my collage degree in use. how can i land a career on my chosen field?

First : she or he must have a good background , Certificates, in Administrative Task or experience in the field.
Second : Good knowledge related to Gas and Oil ( by reading magazines , web pages to knew : top company in the field , the local and National customers of the market, Material used in the industry latest seminars , conferencing ...etc ) Third : Good knowledge of UAE culture , style of living , Tradition Fourth : To have a good team spirit in the organization which help her/ he to adapt soon .

Besides your qualifications, clearly demonstrate on your CV or application that you have Admin Asst or Document Controller experience.
Make it clear that you can work on your initiative as well as part of team.
The general feel of your application should be that you can start the job, join a team and fit in as soon as possible with as little help as possible.
Show on your application that you are a quick learner and quickly fit into a team.
