In my view:

- Resources are necessary to succeed, sometimes you don't much resources

- Expertise is fine if it includes: skills, capabilities, qualifications, knowledge...

- Chance is fine unless you say "I am waiting for the chance to ...." then the chance will never come. It is you who should create the chance.

- LUCK!!!!! In business, I don't believe that luck exsists. Luck is a word that has been used by people as an excuus for not succeeding and by people who succeeded because the made the right choices whithout knowing what they are doing.
