With which network type will OSPF establish router adjacencies but not perform the DR/BDR election process ?

There are five network types Broadcast, non broadcast, point to point, point to multi-point and point  to multipoint non broadcast. 

Broadcast and non broadcast both elect DR/BDR. All other three with "point" keyword do not perform any DR/BDR election. 

One must remember that Both non broadcast network make adjacency manually. 

Point-to-Point
