>>A junior must not be dis hearted if he see senior sitting next to him on the waiting bench.

>>It's a time to compete and do his best.

>>What education, experience, skills he got in his work life will bring a reward .

>> If he trusts on his shoulders and being confident he can win a position even among seniors.

>> Many seniors demands huge salaries compare to a junior and companies some time also look to saving money and get benefit from an employee.

>> Many juniors know about latest software’s operating compare to seniors.

>>Also the young are energetic and they are keen to produce best results by hard work compare to seniors which are mostly give directions.

>>Even after not selecting, a junior can learn many things from that interview and he can prepare himself for next appearance in any other place with a better way.
