Yes I do agree but there is something we know and that is what ? It is that our audience do not know anything, so we have to be100 % grounded on our concepts and should not be clouded.
Of course.... not ! It takes time and consistency and tools but it is achievable. Keep in mind that what you know of them is different than the real size of the audience; the real size of the audience is much bigger than what is measurable.
