Why are differentiating this question in terms of TRUE or FALSE?
In today’s aggressively growing marketplace needs talent management and talent management is a primary driver for organizational success. Broadly defined, talent management is the implementation of integrated strategies or systems designed to increase workplace productivity by developing improved processes for attracting, developing, retaining and utilizing people with the required skills and aptitude to meet current and future business needs.
I believe it is not a direct part of talent management because it related to overall satisfaction of the company. Its output might relate and benefit talent management practices.
I agree with the opinion of Abdulla Mohamed Ahmed Abdulla Sir and he has clearly explained about talent management.
One of the major objectives of talent management is to attract and retain the right and best talents. In this case the organizations having high level of employee engagement would attract more employees and retain them for a longer period.
An organization with 'high' employee engagement might therefore be expected to outperform those with 'low' employee engagement, all else being equal.
Employee engagement is the means of having better relationship between organization and employees. We can hence say employee engagement is essential in talent management.
Agreed with Mr. Abdulla...
It is not direct part of talent management. But it is related to talent management.
True because participation it's very important
I do agree with Abdullah's answer.
