Why do large companies use key word searches in the CV to find suitable talent
Large Comapniesuse key words so tht they get the VC's that they are looking for, however I totaly agree with Robert that because of the limited words, sometimesright candiate does not go through, but yes agaon this helps the candidate in making his CV more and more better but sometimes it is too late. Second thing even though it is not mentoned I will highlight that most companies if received200 aplications for a vacancy will check fromt he first50 and do the selection. Speakig about myself I have11 yrs of Experience in total whic complies of various levels, however I am looking for the right position without any luck.
