Convincing suppliers needs a clear explanation about the following:

History of the organization.

The level of profits.

The number of clients.

Number of branches.

Number of employees.

Size of the premises.

Marketing strategy applied by the organization.

Awards received by the organization for its integrity, speed and trust.

A brief about the stable financial situation of the organization in what concerns debts, loans...

Showing that the organization's judicial file is empty which reveals satisfaction from clients and retailers.
