Develop a system in the organisations to receive constructive ideas under an Expert evaluation team on top of the management. Direct presentation and implementation are possible only under Team spirt and good leadership capabilities.

When the instructions are followed from top to bottom at the performance level, the implementation would be so easy.

Use you strong communication skills to convince them on your idea........ Before going for the presentation, take a critical review of your idea and note all the pros & cons.........

I am sure you will be able to convince your co-workers.......

Presenting ideas to employees should actually respect few standards. Work improvement should not refused by any employee. Team managers should use all possible methods and techniques to provide a clear picture to the employee. Manager should not like impose an idea without any discussion. He should ask for a meeting for the team, have them present their ideas and sugestions to the manager. Then teh manager will be brainstorming all ideas and tries to compare with what he is ready to suggest. In this way the employee will feel himself sharing more in improving work. In worst case scenario if the company's poilcy needs application of a certain work improvement strategy then the employees must abid. Like they say there is chain of command.

Why they do not agree? 

Evaluate your idea in terms of benefits and consider others ideas on similar lines. On evaluation, your idea is more convincing to you then you might more confidently make it acceptable to others with measurable reasoning.

I will clearly explain my ideas to my team to improve our work and also i will ask them what are the problems it will come once we imply the idea and also i will tell them to suggest what we have to do for that.For my ideas they given the proper justification for that it will not work out in the site and it is acceptable means i tell them to improve my ideas are try to give some other ideas improve the work to my all team members abd which one is satisfy we wil go to that.

In this case you have to convince them by putting up all the plus and minuses of your plans along with the rough sketch of how effictively it could be done with minimum loss as you draw closer to your goals.

There are three reasons:

1. They are the "Objection" group: ===> Be TOUGH and enforce your ideas

2. Your presentation is not good enough:  ===> Take feedback to improve your presentation with stronger arguments

3. Your idea is not good enough ===> Take feedback, think about it once again and re-design

There will always be opposition to change. Metals resist change; people resist change with more stubbornness and strength. It all boils down to realising full understanding of the positive effects of change (improvements) through proper communication with involved parties (employees).  

 

Proper communication in relation to change respects elements such as: time, patience, consensus, open brainstorming, gradual implementation, training, continuous feedback, ability to accept reversion or adaptation of change.

 

One key tip to avoid resistance to change is to realise acceptance of change BEFORE change takes place, through a transparent decision-making process based on inclusion instead of exclusion, based on value proposition instead of imposition.
