The demand pattern of service sector is based on desire, affordability & willingness to purchase of a specific service and it varies from person to person and demography to demograpy. Sometimes there is no or negative demand for a service, sometimes it turns towards latency and seasonal increase or decline. This pattern can be classified as:

IRREGULAR DEMAND

DECLINING DEMAND

DEMAND UPTO THE CAPACITY OF SERVICE

EXCEEDING DEMAND &

EXCESS DEMAND

The level of demand in services is increasing continuously, depending on the increase in the needs and tastes of the people, and it has also  a life cycle, such as goods life cycle, which begins with stage of offering, then the growth phase followed by a stage of maturity, and finally regression and out  from market, certainly each of these stages have a different period of time result to many factors and also are different from the age of the life cycle of goods
