How the International certifications are beneficial for Accounts professional like CMA & CPA?

we can say it in sample it the first step to move from crowd , but still not all the certified accountant work easily , as I think the actual or who worked in the field is100 % better than whose own a certificated, as I need a player to be in my team and not a managerial level to work with me.  

In the professional world an important factor of success is to gain recognition for your professional knowledge and expertise. Professional accountancy institutes give an edge to the members by giving them relevant knowlege of the subject and certification as a tool to gain recognition for such knowledge, skills and expertise.

CMA: It is preferable for those who want to pursue their career as a managerial or management accountant and gain expertise in decision making and preparing reports for managmenet which can assist them in making effective busienss decisions.

CPA: It is preferable for those who wish to become certified financial accoutnant and gain exprtise in financial accounting, financial reporting and national and interational accounting standards and financial reporting standards, etc.
