The answer to your question is Yes there is a difference . BPO is Business Process Outsourcing its not just Customer Support like a Call Center. BPO provides Technical Support and Sales for the growth of the Business and Etc. Call Center and BPO may sound a lot alike due to the process it follows on taking calls for the customer but it differs in the support and services provided to the client or the customer.
