Both Bad Time and Mistakes, Although I will strongly recommend the Mistakes becuase if you controlled and learn form your mistakes and avoid to repeat these so your Bad time will stay far from you...

I feel mistakes is not a good teacher infact it is the most expensive teacher. Bad times untill not force majeure is superstition. Best teachers are formal training, team dicussion and sharing of experiences and sucess case studies.
