Demand changes with price.
The demand curve shows that the higher the price, the lower the demand and the lower the price the higher the demand.
This is known as change is demand.

Option C cahnge in quantity demanded is correct. The demand curve shows what quatity is demanded at what price. When there is a change in price there is a change in quantity demanded. When there is a change in any3rd factor then there is cahnge in demand.
