3. Reach target and achievements as KPI and KRA.
4. Team leadership.
5. Employee satisfaction.
6. Reduce grievance management.
Managers are vehicles of a company it is there duty to carry out all assignmets seriously and with accountability and productively , Manager should be resouceful and innovative but respectful.
