Do you want the following changes in BAYT member profile for editing? Give answer by “option-1 = Yes or option-2 = No” This is for members privacy.

I would say yes to all options.

1. I fully agree with zafar abbas minha, applicants do deserve a response from employers.

2. There were almost2000 views on one of my job application yet I didn't recieve one response from any employer. To be honest, I have stopped applying for jobs on here. I really think its a waste of time.

3. Bayt.com is more a learning and sharing information/ideas/answers portal than a career portal. The only reason why I am still on Bayt.com is because of very nice people here, comunnicate and learn from them.

Yes to all points above ... I believe in full transparency !

AGREED WITH MR.THIAB ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ANOTHER THING TO BE MENTIONED HERE THAT THERE IS ALMOST NO RESPONSE FROM THE APPLIED POSTS,,,,, WHY NOT  BAYT . COM  MAKE A POLICY FOR EVERY EMPLOYER TO AT LEAST RESPOND TO APPLICANTS,,, SELECTION , INTERVIEW , SHORT LISTINGS ,,, APPLICATION DECLINE ETC ??? I THINK , THIS IS REALY DISGRACE WHEN THERE IS NO REPLY FROM ANY COMPANY.

Without any doubt, the answer is "YES".And I agreed to the suggestions of all other participants here. 

I agreed with you, Sir for all points and I agreed also with the reasons on answers here. It will be better for us to have choices for visibility of each section, so the members will be able to manage by themselves what they want to share to public or to bayt community only. Thank you.

Why I ask this question from my members community because:

• When a person is not bayt member he can visit Google. com and search for any member when he found the concern person he can see all his activity like when he posted questions, what kind of questions , what answers, all day, weekly, monthly activity and to whom he raise thumb up
• We as members doing our activity and we don't know actually who is watching and reading our profile as unknown people.
• This kind of open profile can damage a member job in his organization.
• Every member should have right to select what he want to show , to whom he want to show in the whole world and what he want to hide and this is every one basic right.
• At one hand we have password facility but on the other side at Google we have no control on our profile disclosing.
• Bayt.com management should take actions to add my above editing table in every member profile to give a chance of protection for member privacy.
• From my side " YES" to add this table in Bayt member profile editing section.

In the computers age that we're living now it's almost impossible to hide something even if we want to. So, this is common knowledge and if someone says he/she doesn't like some informations to be revealed, I think he/she is naive. Everything must be found so when we're participating in any site we must know that.

Well I will say yes to all but exclusively for Bayt members only, not the entire world. The option of choosing the visibility of this categories will also be helpful. As of the moment, let's just be cautious with whatever personal information we put online. 

I also share the sentiment of Mr. Patel for the job opportunities here in Bayt.
