Hard work and intelligence are two different things but both are necessary for a good, comprehensive, managed and efficient work.
"if you are intelligent then you will automatically do your best to give good work"
I wud like to be worked intelligently by applying standard way of working since it helps me to organise my productive time, result orientant or productive work and energy, but some times you need to do work hard due to enviromental factors. Every thing has some pros and crons. Important thing is work shud be done.
I think working intelligently hard is the best way.
Why?
Because you can work hard but without intelligence there is a high risk that your work will be inefficient and ineffective.
