By appreciating staff for doing good job, if the staff has performed excellent customer service share the examples with the team, Build rapport with the team, be approachable.to them, offer solutions, assist the staff who are weak after office hours,make them feel important and how valuable they are to the organisation. All these skills help the team to suceed
