No, and it doesn't make any sense (RAID Provide you speed and reliability) that cannot be gained by one drive

I have experience  in configure RAID on single HDD (on Dell server T using S Raid CarD), It was RAID0 ,So in my opinion we can configure RAID0 using Single HDD . It has no redundancy .

No, RAID 0 & 1 requires minimum of 2 Hard Disks, whereas RAID 3 requires at least 3 Hard Disks.
