This is one of the worst positions to be in, because usually the offending manager has more political capital to lean on than you do. This also means that nobody will step in to protect you, you're totally on your own at this stage.
It is one of the times where your main focus should be to adopt a very conservative approach to how you work. Basically, your main concern at this stage is not to get caught with any sort of error and not stand out in any way.
I've been with horrible bosses before and I've always shifted my focus from a growth strategy where I'm taking on extra work and trying to grow fast, and focused instead on getting my core job done in a way that leaves no room for that manager to harass or hunt me down.
Basically survive and let the storm pass until one of you finds a better opportunity.
Actually this is a sign that either your boss is deranged or coucou, Or he finds you as a large competitor to his post in the company. so he is working day and night to make you leave. Even if you go to higher management they will say simply " no your manager is encouraging you and this is part of the encouragement policy to make better job. " which actually means this is what is available you like it or not. If you go again to higher management they will fire you because you are not adapting and you are always having trouble with your manager. Here you have three options either continue working until you find a better job or ask for transfer to another department. If nothing is working than present your resignation.
Boss Is Always Not Right...
Give resignation with mentioning the reasons.
Staff is the need of the bosses, they cannot work without staff.
The uncontested, number-one reason why people are unhappy at work is bad management. Nothing has more power to turn a good work situation bad than a bad boss. Sadly there are quite a lot of them around.
Sometimes your boss is not out to ruin your life. They may not have thought through how their actions are percceived, and they may have a lot of different things demanding attention. The only way to get around this problem is communication, not confrontation or complaining.
If you’ve tried to make it work and can’t, it’s time to get away. You can go for another job inside the company (with someone you know to be a great boss), or in another organization.
Do your job and discuss the problems with him and give priority to his assignments,Time will come when the things become smooth.
Try to accept all criticism with an open mind and do not attached Ties continued to work and try to lift your level of professional and moved away from the way that had to be faced that you run afoul of high moral character
Will try to make him understand...If not, will just discharge the duty by utilising the authority and responsibility assigned as per procedure to accomplish the given task..
These situations make me hopeless man and I have to look for another job in which I shall get a manager understands me and appreciates my works .
Your boss may be very critical. I would go over my work and try to find what my boss sees as unacceptable and try to fix it. If I don't see what they find unappealing in my work I would go back to my boss and ask them to explain what exactly do I need to change and or fix in order for them to deem my work acceptable and up to their standards.
As our experience teaches us perform and give the best.
Try and request for one to one conversation, be obedient but need not surrender.
If things do not improve, since we can't change the boss, look out for alternate location in the same company.
If the boss doesn't agree, it's time to look for a new boss, I mean change the company.
