When you entrust the work to talented personalities with due delegation of authority, your responsibility is shared to a considerable extend, you can always rely on the work in talented person, if the selection procedure is perfect as to the evaluation of character, behaviour, and past employment records.

yes i agree with you in some cases but not all, in my opinion being a good boss means hiring the talented and then stand by their side to build a producer who make him proud them !

No, good boss is who can understand you and can make understand himself to you. 

Talents are specified to skills only which are limited, but understanding is vast.

Business entities are not aimed to be stagnant so is the case with talent. As entities have to grow so is the talent which has to be developed by creating opportunities for learning and setting examples to follow. That's the role of the manager ( so called bosses) who have to manage and develop manpower and the other resources for the growing demand of the future to meet business growths.

Yes good managers pace up this effectively and efficiently, identify and ignite every available talent / potential to meet goals and develop it for meeting future requirements.
