So that we can bridge the gap between the number of graduates and wanted to work

Employers may be concerned for overqualification for a multitude of reasons. Some Examples are: A bored employee, The possibility of expecting a promotion quicker and Expecting a higher salary etc. In a poor job market, many job seekers are applying for jobs that may be beneath their skill set. Being overqualified is a danger that these seekers face. If you’re desperate to land anywhere, you may be setting yourself up for a fall.

100% agree with Mr. Divyesh Patel & Saiful Islam Hiron.
Of course, it must be compatible with the required qualifications in the labor market, it may result in the employment of persons qualified low-or non-identical with the specialization required for the function of many of the problems that accrue to productivity in the deterioration and function further tensions and objections to employ non-qualified and efficient.
Job market needs the required candidates for the required positions but if there is unbalance either in the positions or candidates qualification then it really affects the whole scenario. A highly qualified will be not suitable for a position for less qualified because he will be never satisfy from his salary, benefits and work. This will force him to look for other companies and runaway. This creates job market in a situation where employers always in search for the right candidates. Similarly if they hire less qualified then the output or progress definitely affects. So a balance situation is in the favor of job market with candidates satisfactions.
i Agree With All answers :)
Respectable Gentlemen I just want to add that if u are ready to work and not choosy about the job profile there should not be any problem.Being well qualified u can work in multiple profiles. If U are an MBA u can look after the marketing dept as well as finance and HR.
A well qualified resource can be put to multiple uses only if the human resource is ready to work any or multiple profiles. The intervewer should estimate whether the person really needs the job. Wheter hewould last. How long did he spend in his earlier concern.
