Gatherings can be formal as well as informal. Gatherings give employees a sense of belonging. Gatherings make them feel important and valued. Gatherings are great occasions for exchanging ideas and reaching out to employees. If well- arranged and well-prepared, a gathering is a great value-added opportunity for both the company as well as the employees.
