There are several things that a leader should posses but it don't think there is a set of characters or skills that one needs to have to be a good leader.
What I do believe is that to be a good leader, one has to constantly change his/her ways depending on their team and on the work at hand.Adapt and you can be a good leader to a variety of people in any situation.
