Yes, every employee wish to get promotion and have Manager title.
The bottom line is that job titles shouldn’t dictate your salary or exploit your skill set. The quality of work you do and the hours you put in are what matters. Some have and some don't have the skills to manage a team.
Let's just be honest, who wouldn't?!
Well, I don't think so. A manager title will actually tell people that you have authority in the company that you are speaking in behalf. It would also give you a step ahead and an unquestionable integrity when you are relaying information to other people outside of the company like clients, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, etc. It sounds good too but the question is, is it really their position? I don't think printing a manager position on business cards just for the sake of making you look good will be the right thing to do. You should just print what your real position is and just take it from there. You don't need a 'Manager' branding just for your clients to listen to you, it is just a matter of pride and self-esteem for those people who will falsely print Manager titles on their business cards which is contrary to their real position.
Because everybody down the ladder wants to grow and perform more by increasing their contribution.
In the commercial world and the people at large the word "Manager" has got a magical impact. One will be considered/recognised/heard for/seek assistance of approached to/by the right person. The other caption is also equally good and not that much sweet as the first one.--I think so.
not everybody but some of them. the one who write down title not belong to his position is just kind of fill something missing in his/her self esteem.

Managerial position is prestigious.
Coordinator can not take any decision and he can coordinate only with other discipline department.
But Manager has power to take decision based on situation.
So, every one is interested to be a manager instead of coordinator
Unfortunately, many people want to do better, but that means a named director of team leader possesses sufficient expertise to manage any company or management in addition to the qualification process and training courses
