Well i totally Disagree with the above given statement. Communication Enthusiast are one of the most successful people of an organization. This is what i have seen in all the workplaces i have been too.

The result is that doers work harder to get their stuff noticed, whereas talkers just talk more.
To speak, does not meanto do. Although nowadays oratory may bear fruit.

No. Many great talkers have done much great things, which could not have accomplished by great doers. Bringing change to the minds, motivating and directing them to achieve a great goal, we should not forget the great talkers behind those great doers!
At the same time a Good doer may not be a good talker..
