Yes I agree...LANGUAGE  + SOFTNESS is the key to the heart.. 

Language is one of the elements. Your tone, expression also adds on. Even if you don't speak the same language sometimes just through the expression in your face and the tone of your voice you may reach the other person's heart. 

Language in close connection with the right / positive attitude, honesty and loyalty is the key to earning true respect of whomever you're dealing with. (This is my personal belief and I believe it to be accurate)

If you mean with language the words you use, good words can touch almost every heart. A good example is songs, poems and romantic letters.

If you mean the languages people speak, without having a common language to communicate with your environment, you will be isolated and then you won't be able to learn others and to get others know you.

Language is an essential ingredient of attraction. 

Language is one of the most important keys to winning people over.  But you must not forget the proper tone of voice in conveying your message, because what good will your flowery language be when you deliver it in a harsh and offensive tone?  Also, your physical gesture should complement your verbal language.

Heart is the key of the people.

Language, Culture , Religion ,Region, Social Status may be different but heart is same … No partiality in it .
